By using NewSiteCheck, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Automated analysis

NewSiteCheck provides automated observations about publicly accessible websites. Results can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect and are provided for informational purposes. Important findings should be independently verified.

Monitoring

Monitoring checks are automated and may be delayed, interrupted or unable to detect a change. Email alerts are a convenience and are not guaranteed to arrive. NewSiteCheck is not an uptime SLA, security monitoring service, penetration test or compliance certification.

Full Audit

A Full Audit is a one-time purchase that unlocks the complete report associated with the purchase and includes the stated rescan entitlement during the displayed access period. It does not create an ongoing monitoring subscription.

Subscriptions and billing

Monitor, Pro and Agency plans renew automatically at the stated billing interval until canceled. Billing is processed by Stripe. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of a billing period, paid access remains available through that period and then pauses. Plan changes, taxes and payment-method management may be handled through Stripe-hosted billing pages.

Agency use

Agency features are intended to help professionals manage audits and client-facing reports. You are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate basis to scan, label, share or otherwise use information relating to client websites.

Permitted use

Do not use NewSiteCheck to interfere with systems, access non-public information, evade security controls, abuse third-party websites, or submit targets you are prohibited from accessing. We may rate-limit, suspend or block abusive use.

No certification or guarantee

A NewSiteCheck report is not a penetration test, security audit, legal compliance certification or guarantee that a website is secure, accessible, search-engine optimized, legally compliant or free of defects.

Availability and changes

The service, checks, plan features and pricing may change. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the service.
